What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

i am 25 yrs old female. my urine report says: color-pale yellow appearance-hazy specific gravity:1.020 deposit:(+) reaction(ph) :acidic albumin (+) sugar:nil pus cells:25-30/HPF epithelial cells:8-10/HPF rbc s :nil casts:nil crystals:nil others:nil what can be wrong please suggest

Regarding your urine test results it indicates that you have a urinary tract infection from the reading of the pus cell which is abnormal

In view of this please do a high vaginal swab test to rule out possible vaginal infection

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the result and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
